Bounce Fit Boot camps coming

We continually look to see how we can improve our group exercise classes to make sure you get the best out of your workout.

Starting from Monday 4 September 2023, we will be making some changes to our Bounce Fit classes.

The changes will affect the classes on Monday and Wednesday nights at 5:30pm and will involve the classes becoming Bounce Fit boot camps.

These new circuits based classes are perfect for men and women who like less dance-based choreography in their workout and more plyometric and isometric exercises. Think jump-squats, planks, burpees, press ups, sit-ups, all done utilising our trampolines – but not without sudden aggressive cardio blitzes in between. Prepare to sweat like you’ve never sweat before!
