Our group exercise classes are very popular and can often get booked up pretty quickly, especially in the evening.

So, what can you do about it?

Well, you could try our morning classes. There are many benefits to exercising in a morning, not least you will get your exercise done and out the way for the day and you will potentially keep burning calories.

We have numerous classes available including the leg burning Sprint, the heart thumping Body Attack or the core building Barre.
