We are staging a 'Boot Camp' this summer every Saturday from 11 August 2018 to 15 September 2018.


Take part in this group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body. You will also learn how to eat well and about nutrition so that you can take some knowledge home with you and make the relevant changes to support your healthy and active lifestyle.


This six week course is suitable for ages 15+ and includes:

  • An initial FREE consultation
  • 60 minutes nutritional advice
  • 60 minutes outdoor/indoor exercise


Held from 10am to 12noon it costs £130 per person (this must be paid in advance) and there needs to be a minimum of 10 people signed up for us to be able to run the camp.
